$480-560 for a wedding is too low, and I suggest you re-look into your budget. To give you a very rough breakdown of your requirements based on rental prices here, it would already amount to about $430, and this is just basic equipment alone. This isn't even taking into consideration the skill, effort, time, computer needed and the videographer's time and effort to edit the video.
