I remember trying to buy it locally at Cathay / Seng Cheong (Hoya) couldn't find it. Bought it online in the end.

Can post a want to buy in personal classified section, you might able to get it very cheaply.

FYI, I sold a Cokin Red filter together as a bundle with other Cokin filters very cheap in B&S.
