wah...if you pay a bit more can get the 17-35 from sykestang...price is good from him...but 17-55 is selling $2100 before july...not sure of the price now after the gst increase...

I went to ask for a qoute for nikon 17-55 at OP yesterday too..
I was qouted $2240 (incl gst). After negotiation, $2230.

I feel tat the price is too high. Thereafter I visit Alan Photo to check for their price. Manage to bargain at $2170 (incl gst).

I think it is a good deal since GST increased and I still managed to buy at $2170 (same price as 5% GST as in CS Nikon price list) I bought on spot :bsmilie:
