Fantastic shots and top grade macro shooting.
I would like to seek your advice, does the macros shooting required to perform multi photos stacking in order to achieved the deeper depth of field?

Thank you. I consider myself lucky to be part of a grp of very passionate macro photographers who share a lot of stuff among us.
I do not shoot multiple photos for stacking all the times. I only occasionally (5%) does photo stacking when the subject is rare and unique.
The photos you are viewing here are mostly (95%) single shot handheld. There are times, I feel the photo appears appealing with a shallow depth of field.

I may have misunderstood your point.
To achieve better DOF, stacking is required.
However, it depends on subject which has to stay very still as slight movement would affect your stacking shots.
It is easier done with tripod. Again, the subject may not be co-operative to stay still.
It is personal choice. I do not mind a shallow DOF macro shot.
I do shoot at angle which focal plane is parallel with body of subject to achieve better DOF.
