Perhaps Traffic Police can "rent" out portable speeding cameras/ laser cameras which i think is fast enough to capture the F1 car:bsmilie:
well..at least up to 250km/h that is. :sweatsm:

Actually in F1, it was banned by the French many years ago. It's not just Singapore.....

If I am not wrong, after 250kmh the police radar is unable to capture the actual speed? Anyone care to share this if it's true?
The MythBusters tested whether a speed camera…
…cannot take a picture of a car if it is going fast enough.
Busted
Neither a Dodge Neon nor a Lamborghini Murciélago were able to travel fast enough (at 138 mph, 222 km/h) to outrun the camera. It should be noted, however, that the British motoring show Top Gear was able to beat the cameras by speed with a TVR Tuscan S at 170 mph*, albeit with a UK-spec Gatso speed camera. This myth was revisited in season 6, wherein it was explained that while speed cameras in the UK require two consecutive photographs for a conviction, US speed cameras require only one.
* The Stig had to drive fast enough to be undetected by a speed camera. After attempts in a Honda Civic Type R (129 mph) and a Mercedes CL55 AMG (148 mph), he finally did it at 170 mph in a TVR Tuscan S. Clarkson looks into biodiesel, and tests the usage of biodiesel with a Volvo 740.
Anyway, do anyone know why Fernando Alonso gave up halfway?I saw him leaving the car :dunno:
If anyone is planning to drive and park at Suntec City for the race tomorrow, i seriously advise that you either park elsewhere or leave real EARLY and ASAP once the race finish.
First, if you follow the natural crowd, it's COMPLETLY PACKED for the path from Marina Bay to Suntec City, expect to be canned sardine for the few hundred or so walkway. We ended up having to take an alternative route in the road below.
Second, good luck to your petrol consumption, we spent ONE HOUR just to clear the Suntec City Carpark when everybody was doing the same. This was the worst jam i ever see comparable to Causeway's. The one lane per direction road ended up being both use for navigating to exit, and to boot gridlock like status at every junction. We barely left the parking lot during the first 15 min for this
Maybe she is hinting on you to buy a car that actually will roar similiar to the F1.....maybe a Lambo LP640 or Maserati Quad or Ducati Monster........
I think it's the adrenaline of the speed and sound makes her tickle........?
