you are all set. 16-35 is very wide and fast zoom lens. While 50mm will be a moderate tele and is good for taking cadids

I think they still do, comes with built in flash too! :bsmilie: jokes aside, the 16-35 II would be a good choice! If thats not available for rental the 17-55 or 17-40 should be fine too

16-35 sure can one as it'll be 25.6 - 56mm equivalent on a 35mm format.

I feel that 50mm is better on FF than on crop, in terms of effective focal length.

This is put on a real test with 50mm lens.
I am going to use that for my CNY visit as well. End of the day, with good composition and framing, you be smiling in front of your monitor.

Never mind those fanciful lens if you are having tight budget. =)
