Yes, I have been observing the sunset timing these days and after 6.30pm, the sky gets dark sooner than the usual 7 plus pm. this means sunset time has move forward.

Yes, we will probably end our shoot at HortPark early, proceed to Labrador before 6.30pm or earlier.

I just found out the ButterFly Garden/House in Hortpark will not be open this saturday.

So those looking to shoot butterfly will have to hunt for subject in other area.

I am also newbie helping to put together a thread for our common passion - photography.

If you've time to spend on a saturday afternoon/evening, why not?

The butterfly enclosure is only one part of Hortpark attraction. Unfortunately, it opens only on last saturday of the month for few hrs.

Off topic: If you are butterfly shooter, within a short distance away is AH where there is a Butterfly Trail.

I might drop by there around Sat 2pm to check out the place. To test new Raynox DCR-250.

Hmmm as the group size is coming to almost 40 pax, may i propose that the groups to be separated to 4 groups (consist of 10pax per group). At least no flooding of 1 place at 1 time.

To threadstarter: I strongly advise you put a limit on the number of people. 40 people is too many for a sunset shoot? Everyone will be squeezing each other for a space to shoot, not to mention those who are using tripods?
