whoa, the 7 string one?

I've spec out a set of requirement for my custom gtr, waiting to win toto to build it :)

I will surely try my best to go for this outing.

OT a bit: I am re-mastering Images and Words right now. To give it a more heavy and raw sound. I find the original recording too 'over produced' JP's gtr sounds a little weak. Still working on it and you'll be the first to hear it once it is done.

DT :)

Yup... the 7 stringed version... i think its about 3k-4k plus. Wow!! Cant wait to hear your version of IAW! :D
*Hums under a glass moon intro tune*

The bona-vista/queenstown stretch has lots of old HDB housings and much reconstructions going on. Also some vacated blocks of flats too.

Portsdown road also have some nice 'ang mo' houses. The 'Cold Bar' is there.

I am viewing a 15-30mm Sigma lens tomorrow at Bona Vista. Hope this deal goes through. Then can use it for this outing :)

Really love to shoot with wide angles these days. Anyone got tips for shooting with ultra wide angles? like composition, lightings...etc? Pls PM me because don;t want to hi-jack this thread - otherwise the 'Dark side' will punish me ;)

Yo dreamtheatre, dun need to PM lah.
This is a democratic forum, feel free to share the knowledge and skill to all. :)

How come only so few faces coming? Need to encourage all those (especially sony users) to come and join our shooting gatherings/outings. There's no better way to learn photography than to take your camera for a walk and shoot amongst other users -- current and ex-sony users alike. All are welcome.

Agreed

Learn the way how one pose himself/herself, how to find another, how they work etc, end of the day can get more extreme shots of quality. My view after I shot with snowspeeder at Ubin about 2 weeks back.

I might be able to join you guys this time... still faithfully using my 828... not for long though.. hehe.

I always look for the 'lines' leading from 'vanishing point' during composition ;)

Finishing on the remastering project for IAW. Just one advice when you hear it.....wash your army earplugs clean clean, you'll need them :D

Does he meant that if we draw imaginary lines on the subject and it should meet at some point??

hmm.. i dun really know how to explain in words, but do take a look at this article about the vanishing point perspective :D Vanishing point is basically the point where the 'lines' meet...

Here are some articles i googled on using WA lens :D :

The outing will known as Operation Market Garden.
Those who study World War II will know what is it all about.

Somehow, Clementi Bridge reminds me of Arnhem Bridge of World War II.
