Can find them on flickr, etc. Ask yourself how these photos are taken and what makes them work (lighting, composition, etc.) By deconstructing the photos of others, you can learn alot about taking good pictures. Also, save the ones that strike you most for further reference when you are running out of ideas. -irphotography.
