Bro, I suggest move the horizon to bottom 1/3 or upper 1/3 to show either more of the sky or more of the sea. ;p And lower the exposure by 1/3 stop.

Here's my first Sunset after getting the 1000D. Taken last year in Nov. I tried cropping to apply Rule of Thirds but the quality seems to degrade. Could this be due to jpeg?

i think the software compress the jpg further thats y it becomes more pixelated/degraded. if u use photoshop, after croping and when u want to save it, u have the option to save it in high qual or low qual. i use photoshop to crop n save jpg in photoshop,high qual and picture does not degrade at all =)

Yes bro Fatah, I have the hardware and software with me.... I think it is still selling in CP. (Cathay Photo). Around $300. But you really need that to calibrate your monitor else all of us would be seeing different shade and tone. I will show you guys on Sunday.

Cade Processing is my own post process work flow on photoshop. So its my style. It is good for portrait of children.

No problem bro. All of us are learning. I only picked up DSLR in July last year and Photoshop in October...so pretty new too. Only last month then I learned to use layers ;p

I am in office now and using a junk monitor without calibration...so I really can't comment much on tone. Action and compostion wise I quite like it. Clever use of your name on the dark potion of the image (else it will be too heavy on the right).

Yo Bro chakka..

Of coz u can using the canon software. U open canon zoomfxbrowser and then from there u edit.

If u got photoshop..more simple just click the icon with letter T. k all d best.

Thanks bro ardaan..all my shot using 50mm prime lens u noe.. so sad i got no zoom lens during the outing. did try the canon bazooka..but i prefer my lens..coz they are my only companion till i get one of the zoom lens. (sigma 18-250 or tammy 18-270)

Bro, we usually upload from flickr or othere. But I recall doing it from CS Gallery. When you click the attach icom, I think you have to delete the highligted 'url' than paste the link. Try this but do not submit, instead click Preview Post. If ok than submit.

Photoshop more simpler.. try play2 with ur photoshop..sure can one.

Anyway, i have a question to all here who are really expert in photoshop.

Question: Is there anyway, where i can have a permanent watermark. means i can just load it after editing or pp my images. then paste the watermark, instead of i need to type it everytime after pp or edit. so leceh.. so if there a way to elimnate that process..please teach me k. I not sure if photoshop can do it. means,i will have a permanent template of my watermark..so, after editing i just insert my watermark, dun need to type.
