Hmm, can view at 100% crop? I dunno is my monitor or my eyes a bit blur. Some pics seems a bit soft.
But overall it looks good except for the flaring. Any filters fitted? Btw, why choose the Sigma 20mm over 30mm? Eh, FYI, Sigma 30mm is one of the sharpest lens around which I read from reviews.
Yes..fitted with UV filter and hood attached but still got flare...this lens is soft wide open...starts sharpening only around 2.8 onwards...5.6 freaking sharp! I heard abt the 30mm too but too close to my 50mm and very EX! I love the colors though..
Yup. Anyway, great lens and not that bad that it starts sharpening at f2.8. Quite decent though.![]()
Thks...still new trying out different lens and their peoperties...

I saw a sigma 20mm on B&S last week .. so tempted to buy .. but decided to leave it and get my tamron 90 instead. Hope you are going to the outing so I can take a look see.
By the way I did manage to borrow my colleague's Sigma 30mm and it was very sharp. Even though I was in pretty low lighting situation.
Bro Dev, waaaa .... what is it again, sigma 20mm f1.8 is it? You have a point with the 30mm too close to 50mm.
