Roc, I somehow think the flash looks too harsh in the photo. Maybe you could make the white in the eyes smaller using the brush tool in photoshop to give it a more natural look unless you are trying to go for the "Hey it's a monkey FLASH!" and the image captured is the monkey getting shocked by the white light. than it works out pretty good!

Thanks for the comments, edited accordingly (hope it isnt obvious), only thing i cant change is the cutting of the joints.

Hmmm.. I think this has room for lots of creative output! Maybe touch up abit with photo shop to make the model skin texture smoother? That isn't a bad comment actually cause I think it's totally not necessary but an idea you could try.

Note to all, i found that all the subjects' eyes are dull.. Maybe you should consider in reading what is 'catchlights'...

Will make the eyes appealing..

I think somehow or rather he tried to sharpen the face maybe due to that he's trying to sharpen the eyes... I'm maybe wrong...

IMHO, i dont find this picture appealing.. i find it meaningless as i dont know what you want to capture.. you cropped out the boy's head also which cant tell what his looking at or what he's trying to do. it also looks very shaky and needs alot of sharpening.colour also too yellowish/orangy which shd be adjusted. no eyes to capture the reader's attention.. sorry for being harsh.. my point of view..
