Not in Singapore, never. Only 7-day exchange for some shops.

We all have to agree that Singapore has a long way to go for exchange policies. Even places like Hong Kong and Taiwan has extended their warranty coverage to 3 years as a standard package (unlike Harvey Norman where you need to pay extra) to differentiate their products.
