Yes. A simple modded G2 ... and yeah ... taken in Bishan this morning when I happened to drive past that place. Stopped at the side for 2 shots n left :bsmilie:

I hope ndroo don't mind i post the photo in his thread for comment, but i really want to find out what went wrong with my camera setup or pp? the photo 1, is the orignal, photo 2, red and blue channels swapped, auto level, contrast +20.

Of coz I don't mind. The result you are getting looks strange. Did you do any custom WB (see sticky threads for details)? You modded it with R72 too?

yes, i follow sticky threads' instruction to set the custom WB, i have removed the IR cut filter inside the camera and replaced with a clear glass.

this is the step how i set the custom WB.

- attached the R72 to camera
- set to "P" mode, set to custom WB
- point camera to a sunlit patch of grass, evaluate WB and press "*" to confirm okay
- start to take photo on custom WB

Please let me know whether i miss out any step? Thanks.

Hmm ... steps sound ok. :dunno: Btw, where did u get the clear glass? I got fed up and replaced the IR cut filter with a R72 inside :bsmilie:

Thanks for the reply , I got the clear glass from the picture frame maker, I did not replace the R72 with the IR cut filter because of the different in thickness (R72=2.2mm, cut filter=3.2mm), the replaced clear glass thickness is 3.0mm. if really with no choice, I may have to replace the clear glass with the R72 inside the camera.

Oh. I have modded 2 G2s and both works well with R72 inside! :bsmilie:
