1 fine afternoon

My Take:

The Good:
- Taking effort to start out
- Used Rule of Thirds

To be Improved:
- Lighting
- Camera Focus
- Take care of the background elements (Pole at the back of her head, The red plastic figure in the far background)
- Take care of the horizon (The horizon line is slanted to the right)
- Cropping of fingers

Carry on shooting... ;)

I think for a start, get some experience by shooting a person in all angles. example like high angle, low angle , close up side view etc. Get a few perspective u might find some good photo in it

wat is it with the :thumbsd: ? is this the kind of comment to help and encourage ppl? u born with superb skill? show ppl respect = show yourself respect

I'm just pointing out a FAIL sign..he asked for PASS or FAIL. Pls don't misjudging...i do respect ppl here...and i'm just normal..:) Thanks...

Got 3rd option? good try ^^

He mentioned first attempt i think okie lah LOL!

Take note that the nearer something is to the lens.. it'll appear to be big as compared to the rest of the image so now ur hands and fingers looks a bit weird.

Muddy waters make the pic look a bit dirty.

If u change the direction of the shoot maybe better : )

Have fun shooting dude!

I guess by simply asking "Pass or Fail" will get a straight and blunt response. And that will get you nowhere. We all learn from mistakes and that's how ones improve. Keep shooting and learn from all the feedbacks you're getting... Good luck!!:)

I seriously think its really not bad for a beginner, photo should be taken during mid day sun, kinda tough conditions. When we just started off, we don't even know what's behind our subject till we look at the photo 3 times or more... at least I did lol !

Maybe TS can follow the basic 3 steps .. 1) Compose 2)Details 3)Lighting

Just an advice, don't shoot me!
