hey i checked out cathay photo, they have a tokina 52mm CPL for $29. is it any good? cause $29 sounds like a real steal for a CPL. are the polarising properties of a 29$ tokina cpl good enough to create some deep blue skies?

wow this is a very good photo. how did you take this photo capturing the beams of sunlight are there any special techniques? newbie here any help is greatly appreciated thanks :)
