Hi thanks for all your advice, i downloaded the canonsglens app and saw the huge difference in field of view between the efs 10-22mm and the 17-40mm L lens. Its really a very big difference. will get the 10-22mm lens

@jasonyjw the 10 -22mm is tempting as well :) was thinking whether i could stitch 2 photos together to achieve a ultra wide angle effect @Johnjon82 17-40L is quite future proof .. hope someday I'll be able to upgrade to a full frame body as well ... but i think thats a distant dream for...

Hi, I am thinking of upgrading from the kit lens to 17-40 mm L lens. Will there be an improvement in image quality if I upgrade to L lens? Or is the L lens an overkill for the 1000D body? Thanks in advance

does the skypark allow tripods? it was mentioned in another post that tripods are not allowed at the sky park
