What are the basic things that you need to provide to rent out your hdb room?

I presume you have your answer already but it all depends. 1. Bed with mattress 2. Cupboard The rest are probably optional. Discuss with your tenant to see what else they need as sometimes, they prefer not to have certain things also (or they may have their own already).

Which setup will have faster shutter speed?

I can see where you are confused. 1. Yes, it is true that APS-C will have more light going in at f2.8 than m4/3 going in at f2.8 However APS-C lens will have to illuminate the entire APS-C sensor, while the m4/3 will only have to illuminate the m4/3 sensor. So it is the same shutter speed at...

Do you keep your camera On the whole day.

I try to remember to switch it off, but normally forget. So 80% of the time, it is ON. I normally find out that I should have switched off normally when picking up the camera for the next shoot wondering why it won't switch ON :embrass: The power doesn't seem to drain when left in ON...

    FIRST DSLR!! Full Frame / APS-C / m43 ??

Other than my first camera (which had to be bought because I was one of the first owners of the then-new Panasonic G1 m4/3 cameras), I have always been scouting and waiting and stalking the Buy and Sell section. Once you know what you want, you don't really lose a lot by reselling your existing...

    Baby G (rated G also)

Decided to finally post some photos of my babe. When she was born, almost all the photos were the same - unsmiling and sleeping. Month 0-1

    Panasonic Lumix G lens 14-45mm or 14-140mm f3.5-5.6

If you need a longer zoom, then go for the 14-140mm. I don't so I wouldn't even go there. In fact, with the 20mm, I wouldn't even bother with anything non prime but that's me and your experience may be different. But I guess I am not the right person to advise you as I have never compared...

Which type of photographer are you? One who prepares, or one who takes randoms?

Huh? Isn't this School 1 already? You already think a lot at home  Like Ed says, looks like don't think when shooting but actually think a lot already before the shoot. In my opinion, the experienced photographers can think very fast and easily on the go, so it doesn't look like...
