    oh yeah...didn't notice the yellow before. thanks! and I completely agree with your comment about the bag and the dude. but I think its a little hard to get rid of them in this photo...the next time I get a chance to take a similar shot will try to minimize these distractions. cheers.

    Yes totally! I noticed a lot of people using washed-out flares. Like..everywhere... That's why I wanted things to be a little different :D

    haha yeah i instantly noticed those distracting elements as well after i reviewed the photo but there was nothing i could do. if i ever get the chance to set this up again i'll be sure to get rid of the bag and random people haha.thanks for the pointers =)

    A bunch of shots from my trip in June. =) Statue of Queen Victoria outside the QVB shopping mall. Sydney Harbour Bridge. Silhouette of the iconic Opera House. Beach at the Gold Coast at 3am thereabouts. Same place at dawn.

    wow...I really like the 1st and 4th shots! The 5th could have been great too if not for the rather harsh shadow across the face? Gotta agree with Zenten on that point mate. But still, really nice =)

    Good travel lense <$1200 for EOS 550D

    the 70-200 f4l is a really great lens. really sharp. and if paired with ur 15-85 i think u'd be all set. as for travel lens...personally i use the tamron 28-75 f2.8. its half the px of the canon version and good enough for travel shots in my opinion.
