most insurance companies offer these type of insurances just that for equipments, the premium is normally higher and they will require that the equipment be checked by their ppl first.

had a lomo fisheye once and used it as a fun/2nd camera for a wedding shoot. some came out ok some didn't. but very fun experience i guess. got blasted by the couple's parents when they saw the lomo pics though... something abt ugly, suay and dunno what also.
