Error 99 is a rather common problem and easier to solve. Probably something with the CF card I guess. ARGH. Just pray that my lens don't screw up on me now. :nono:

Hey dude. I've also experienced something similar. I suspect that there's something wrong with the focusing of my 24-105mm, so sent it to CSC to check + repair (still under warranty- left 2 days -.-"). They called me up saying no problem too. So... Could it be that cause it was under...

CRUMPLER!!! Totally crumpler man. DO NOT even think twice! If you have the $$$, crumpler is the thing to go for. 1. Spacious 2. Weather resistant 3. Easier and more comfortable to carry a crumpler as it's not so boxy and doesnt protrude out so much. 4. Looks better. 5. It's cool...
