for the laptop connection.. u cant use the retractable cable to plug into your laptop. you need to use a proper usb cable, insert it at the left side of the printer. before u plug it in... install the drivers first. cheers

yup... mine too... i hope they can improve on this aspect.... it's really not worth the wait....
