I put low res with watermark on web. if they ask, i give hi res without watermark :p

Just tell yourself two things: 1. Cosplayers came in knowing full well they'll be photographed 2. Cosplayers want to look good in the photographs, too Keep those two in mind, it'll be easier to ask for a photo. :) Also, if you ask, it's easier to ask them to strike different poses, too...

Times like this seems the perfect time to invoke Hanlon's Razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. He has the right to complain and the right to demand for it to be taken down (and be retroactively compensated for it), but to make the connection...
