I saw your post about "Newbie pics @Botanical Gardens". I find that the birds are in silhouette, may I know is it intended?
I like the water ripple very much as the background is well-exposed since the metering is on the background.
However, the background of no.2 and no.4 are too much, thus making the subject too "center".
Perhaps you would like to crop the picture slightly using "rule of third".
