I sent in my old 10D for repair 1.5 years back. Some shutter issue. The assessment was that it was clearly beyond economic repair. I took up the offer by Canon to purchase the 40D at an unbeatable price (which was below the street price) and at the same time got rid of the expensive paper...
This is interesting indeed. I will be following this with deep interest. Too bad it is not easily accessible. Military history buffs would probably be interested.
When in an aircraft my camera gear is always under the seat in front of me, never in the overhead compartment.
Just be aware that you can't do that for the first rows following a section break or the emergency rows - nothing is permitted under the seat.
No problem, I'm very tolerant of genuinely stupid people, but less tolerant of people who try to act smart. Do you fall into the first category? :think:
