Hi Bros, Thinking of bring my 5D during my business travels, and seems too clumsy to sling it on board. Is it a good idea to pack it and check-in with your luggage? if yes, how should i protect it? Thanks.

went back to the shop and got an exchange with the Nissin 622 MkII, plus some extras. Made sure i went in when there were customers.... a few tourists testing our video cams, and SLRs. Asked for the boss, and 2 sales people politely escorted me to a corner and i slowly explained the situation...
