    Read in another forum some Nexes tend to underexpose. Could be due to a couple of reasons. Mine seems to expose correctly for most photos, although I do dial in some compensation on occasion when the lighting is tricky.

    Brazilian beans are one of my favourite. If you are looking for burr grinders for normal brewing, normal ones at Best, Courts or Harvey will do fine. For espresso, better to get a better one.

    Definitely try them out. You can do it a Jaben Aldephi or Stereo Electronics Causeway Point. While at Jaben maybe can try the Crossroads MylarOne which is said to offer better sound than the OVC TC20. I find the Senn CX300 to be better than the OVC TC20.

    Got mine from Boncafe. I use it mainly to flavour coffee. Other uses which I have tried including whip cream, baking. Hope you are enjoying your syrups!
