Got a new lens that needs calibration I think, left half side of image not sharp. It was a gift with warranty card inside the box but no invoice. Will Sigma accept it? If not any idea how much is the cost? Appreciate any advise.

yup.. removal will physically change the focussing distance, normally we replace with "float" glass. otherwise either the near end or the far end cant focus properly.
