Hi all. I think I will have to make a trip down to NSC. As mentioned in my previous post, the aperture ring has already been set to the minimum F22, and that while the lens is able to work on film bodies as well as the D70s and D80, it is unable to work with the D200. :dunno:

The D200 with the AF28mm non-D lens shows FEE error. Shutter cannot be fired. Please note that the aperture ring is already set to the minimum. The lens works perfectly fine with film cameras and d70s.

Has anyone tried this using a 28mm F2.8 on a D200 body before? I am asking because it appears that there is a problem with the lens on a D200 body. I think it could be the lens as I have tried it on some others' D200 before.

Thanks a lot.Will pass on the number and address. My friend said on her diving trip, she saw a "pro" with 4 big cameras, of which 2 were damaged because of water getting into the housing. :o Wow, do housings go through so much wear and tear in the water?

Is there any place or method to detect and check the casing for damages?

I actually cropped the picture already. The original picture even included a bed frame on the left and some space to the right. But thanks for the input, i'll go see if the crop can be even tighter.
