Yupz, my 450d fas this too. I would appreciatw if 5dii has this too. The info via the large back lcd shows clearer n more info than the top lcd. Its good for ppl with old flower eyes too. No offence.

Exactly! Especially with advanced lcds like 7dii and 7d, not to mention 1div, mf through the lcd is much easier and reliable! Ts can consider sigma 10-20f3.5. It performs better than 10-20 and actually the bokeh is nice.

I cant agree more. Although the af is slow, i find it very reliable, especially on 1shot. It may turn out to be blurr at times when shooting at large apertures when we didnt use a appropriate af point. Whenever possible i prefer using mf at such apertures..

Actually the price difference if the 2 bodies is around S$1k and these are really 2 different bodies for different usage. Personally I feel that for general usage, 7D is a better buy due to 1. Faster and more advanced AF, hence easier to use 2. Needless to buy longer less as it benefits from...

Imho the pics are at least 1-2 stops better than 5dii in terms of noise. Correct me if im wrong, the details are not as high as 5dii? But its definitely very comparable. I cant imagine 1dsiv using such sensor techonolgy on a ff!

SometImes its really a matter of luck man. Did you shoot under direct hot sunlight? I believe aussie kinda scrching hot at year end! Bcos i kana 1 time during tracking under scrching sun. I believe 5d or 5dii might not be too reliable in more extreme situations. Of cos end of the day still heng...

85L exhibits less vigneting and better CA compared to 135L. But 85L's price is kinda steep as compared to 135L. But if one has large budget assignments that justify such equipment, why not 85L? Also imho the iq that 85L + 5Dii/1dsiii can really match some MF with 18 or 22 mp digital back...

I noticed that on my 5dii too. But doest really bother me after sometime. I am skeptical about what csc can do sometimes. I experienced sending my equipment in for minor issue but ended up issue solved but With new problems. Just my personal experience.

It will tend to hunt under bad lighting but t is still very accurate. AF of this camera us something i least like :(

Because i am the event photog, i am able to carry. I think normalky the benchmark for the size s probably anythg smaller tgan say 500d w kit lense?

I shoot stage performances using my 135@ f2-3.2using iso2k to 4k. Sometimes you just need 1/160 or faster to freeze action. Btw this is assuming no flash used as flash can affect stage lighting.
