they are a distributor cum store, their price is more expensive if selling to individual, but if u got a name card and buy as a purchase for office usage they give u a better price.

sad to hear abt Ben's experiance, but I personally had bought like 3K USD stuff from dealextreme, the wait time is long and the stuff is not always 100% perfect but hey its cheap and any oversea purchase is a risk. so far most of the stuff i bought are ok.
