I'm planning to get the eos 550d but I'm torn as to what lens to get with it. I prefer a walk-around lens as I don't think I'll like to change lens (not a serious photographer). However, i seem to be getting different reviews of these lens so I'm in a dilemma. I believe the canon is sharper...

Thanks YuccaTheFlower I actually thought of getting the canon 18-200mm so I don't have to change lens but do you know if getting the 18-55mm & the 55-250mm a better option? Also, I've heard that the Sigma 18-250mm is getting better reviews than the Canon 18-200mm. Any take on that?

Hi all Sorry if I'm being silly but I'm new to the DSLR world. I'm just wondering if I were to get the Canon EOS 550d, would a Nikon lens AF-S VR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED DX work with it as this lens seem to be getting great reviews. Thanks in advance

I've actually emailed Memory World because that's where I bought the Archos Gmini 400 but they informed me that they don't carry them anymore despite displaying one at their website. I guess it's Sim Lim Square if I want to get the adapter. Thanks for all your help.
