TRY this way : Someone at Steve forum advised that we can do a workaround by modifying the supplied adapter of the FZ5.. Just remove the the 'useless 1mm or more' plastic before the the start of the front adapter threads by using fine grit sandpaper, so the UV filter will have more deep...

Thx Tao, but I think the included plastic adapter for the FZ3 is a little different with those FZ5, the later being 1mm more recessed at the front before the threads start, and that FZ5 zooming more forward a few mm when at max zoom, from what I heard thought..!?, so I assume that the Mr...
