I didn't do much settings except leave it at f9.0 and shot away using 5fps. Was heng lah.

I went down to collect my canvases and it was there. I guess I placed my orders on time before the minimum thing came into play. The canvases were good though. No issues with the product but the process is ridiculous. This whole thing is a major screw up. Hope those of you who haven't resolve...

I think you can try going down to their office in Jalan Bukit Merah. I did my self collection there. I give up on this company and Groupon. Both sides are accusing each other of bad practices and shifting the blame to each other. Calling both and talking to both (emailing etc) is a waste of time.

I just received this email from them. Its pure bull. Firstly no one informed me of delivery. Secondly, there was someone at home the whole day. Thirdly, if they attempted the delivery, at least call me or something. the email sounds threatening and it seems to me that no attempt was ever made...

Did anyone else order from them and got their canvas prints?

Yah I ordered the Groupon promo. I ordered my prints since 5th May, called them no answer, SMS got redirected to emailing their support, emailed but no replies for a week. They are practically uncontactable.

I ordered 6 prints in early May and up till today, other than the email receipt promising up to 6 weeks for delivery, nothing has been heard from them. There is no telephone number to call too. I wonder if I have been ripped off. Thanks.

Editing brings out what you visualise the image as in your mind. The camera can only do so much. Don't process also can, if you are really really good. But if you are just purely not editing just to save time, then its a different issue.
