It's true, all raw files will remain as is but LightRoom normally can auto adjust for you when importing base on your lens but not for em-5.

For point and shoot, take the EPL-5 since it's smaller & lighter, also a lot cheaper. If you are more serious, of cause take the EM-5, it's more advance in functions and have 2 dials for aperture/shutter control.

I'm still waiting for a hands-on test for this zoom lens, I like IF for not changing length when zooming/focusing. If IQ or price is not right, I'll go and get the Oly 75mm f/1.8 instead.
