I still use my G2 from time to time. :) I use a wide angle lens plus a 420EX flash. Anyway, you may want to consider a variation of being the 2nd photographer to capture the ROM moments from another angle.

Seems to be the case of drawing from 2 batteries to get more current to run longer. series-parallel connection for the more technical inclined.

Just curious, since I don't use a battery grip with my 300D. Does the grip enable 2 batteries to be used a longer time compared to the sum of usage time from 2 individual batteries ? More technical terms, drawing current from 2 batteries while keeping the voltage the same.

Well, during training or exercise in this case, is the best time to have mistakes occur and thereafter learn from them. I'd rather they [ie concern agencies and parties] make mistakes now than to have it ripple or manifest during when the real deal happens. Was reading ST forum page that...

Fyi, on weekdays (Mon to Thr or to Fri if I remember right), the fireworks starts at 7pm. I was in HK in early Dec 05. Guess for that, one can try the MTR ...:rolleyes: but everyone else would be like going off on the MTR too. :what: Something to think about if going free and easy. :bsmilie...

For HK Disneyland, u need to get a good view of the castle to "reel in" a good experience, with the projections on the castle itself and tying in with the music. Well, definitely like to have some fireworks to play with. :)
