  • oh.. ya i plus the screen protector ($10) and the lens protector ($20) = $870.

If without above is only $840. =)
This Would Be My Advice the video capability will just burn ur shutter (E.G The Life Of Your Shutter Will Be Lower) . And The Live View Is Useless To Although U Can See Through Ur LCD Screen But It Is A Bit Lag Let's Just Say That U Want To Shoot A Bird Flying But The Live View Will Lag your shoot. but if u use view finder it will not. As My Friend Use A D90 And He Does Not USe Live View At All Except When He Does A Video For Fun. So Would U Get A DSLR which uses video and kills ur shutter life or a normal DSLR Without video so This Is What I Think But Bottom Line Still Ur Choice. So Ur Budget Is 800 - 870? If That Is Ur Budget Just Get The D60 After 2-4 Years Once U Master Ur D60 U Can Just Go For The D300 Or D500 Which IS Coming out soon So My Advice Is D60 But If U Want To Get A Cheap Camera And Still Want To buy Some Lens Because U Cant Possibly Stick To Ur Kit Lenses Only So Maybe Get The D40 AS D40 is The Same As D60 D40 KIt1 Is 18-55 But Its Around 780-850 Or MAybe Even Cheaper So The remaining Of Ur Money CAn Buy Something Else Like Ur Lenses Tripod Bag Battery. Hope U Dont Go Into Canon Because Canon's Lenses And Camera Are Very Ex So Hope U Would Get Ur Camera But If U Are Really Stuck With D40 Or D60 i Advice U To Go To Some Shops And Try The Grips. Best Of Luck To U
