Overall is good, but just like others comments, try to take more with different style & angle. e.g zoom in to focus on fireworks, or potrait to include the reflection.

I just got my invoice for the repair.. cost me £160+ and it's confirmed that is the shutter problem.

yesterday i went out to do some shooting, this time i tried to play around with the aperture, i adjusted to small aperture and slow shutter for longer exposure and the result was not so bad. will still see a very small bright curve..

i will give it a try. however i dont have flash gun to fire off the flash in the middle of exposure. currently im in UK and only have authorised service centers rather than by Canon itself.

i have posted 3 sample shot... i hope this is not the sensor problem...i have just update the latest firmware and also trying different lens and still getting the same problem.

I have the exactly same problem as shown on the photo. However i have even larger bright curve. I have tried with canon 24-105mmL and 10-22mm, both turned out the same problem. I am shoting with AI servo. anyone know what is the exact problem? could it be resolved by canon if i took it for service?

Hi guys, am not sure whether you guys facing this problem. whenever i shot with high shutter speed like 2000 or more, the result of the photo will have a 'brighter' rainbow shape curve across the center of the photo. anyone of you have the same problem? by the way, how can i upload a photo here...
