so what is a perfect bokeh? a perfect circular bokeh? since it's the lens design, does this means that the more expensive lens should have more aperture blades?

is there a difference between the 50mm f1.8 & 50mm f1.8 II? the bokeh at f1.8 is a pentagon, are there any ways to improve/smoothen it?

Oh, u refering to my FB pics ah...think i posted wrongly, the obvious vignetting was at 18mm, at 135mm, there should be minimum or no vignette. I think the DCR-250 is an affordable way to experience macro

I think Raynox would be a good & affordable start, I too is having 600D with 18-135mm & recently gotten a 2nd hand 50mm f1.8 II. The 50mm fitted with Raynox DCR-250 makes a great combo for macro shots. I've uploaded some sample shots to my facebook, let me know if u wanna see
