    I thought the original DMS-RSL1 is ridiculously overpriced - bought a clone from ebay which seems to work just fine. Yeah, I hate the wires too. And I wonder why there's no solution to command remote flashes :-( or is there?

    I just brought in a dl-20p (confirmed to be the one for olympus/panasonic) from adorama, and am facing the same issues as sayaibow. Fires infrequently, too weak, too strong, too fast, too slow, etc. It's useless.

    Unfortunately, I don't have a PS3 or BD player. Having said that, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AVCHD#Playing_back_AVCHD_video claims it can be done. If you already have one of them, why don't you download gh1 movie samples and see if they can be played...

    You can burn it in avchd directory structure using any recording software. However, regular dvd players CANNOT play avchd. You can use the included software on windows to re-encode and burn as standard DVD video. But I have not done so - the only software they provide for my mac is Silkypix...
