It really depends which focal length you like. Since you are on crop, I suggest you try the 28mm lens as well. But the 35f2 is pretty awesome (on full-frame) for the price though I still think the 50 1.8 is the "most valuable" buy amongst the primes. Don't be too quick to dump it, you might miss...

if you don't use MF much, then don't bother getting the Eg-s focusing screen... it will make your normal lenses (at f/stops 2.8 and above darker) - no point IMO but if you play with primes alot.. then can consider still :)
