    Questions for S9500 users....

Interesting read found in the raynox website. Already dreaming of the 2.2x converter and the 0.28x convertor... Anybody got any lobangs on this product? I believe you are right about the difference Type I and Type II cards. Just my 2 satang's worth...

Totally agreed. My intention with the S9500 was not for video, but was thrilled that I can do the occassional video with zoom capability. My previous video xp using the S9500 were slight off focusing, but nothing to the extent of affecting the stream flow of the video. Anyway, I will check if...

On a separate note. I have just returned from a biz trip to Las Vegas where I managed to try out the S9500. Using the Natural light feature, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the shot. Have yet to view most of the pics closely on my PC, but something disturbing I noticed when...

    Questions for S9500 users....

Only difference is in the number 5. S9000 is for US market while S9500 is for pretty much rest of the world. Just my 2 satang's worth...

    Best price for Fuji F10?

One way you may want to try is to take a shot with the lens cap on. You should get a black picture (naturally). Look all around, if you have a dead pixel, you'll probably see it in either green or white as a dot. Just my 2 satang's worth...

Sure... Here's a list of flashes that the Fujifilm S9500 is believed to be able to handle: 1. Nikon SB-22S - Probably the cheapest Nikon Speedlight still in production. I believe the price should be around $200 without haggling. Specs available from Nikon Singapore 2. Metz Mecablitz 20...

If I am not mistaken, MRC and HMC are the proprietary names for the Anti-Reflective coating treatment that is on the glass of the filter. HMC stands for Hoya Multi-Coated. For more understanding of this AR or MC coat, look at the lens of your S9500, you'll find that instead of just clear glass...

Hi. Great to see a club for the S9500. My equipment list thus far is: 1. Camera body. 2. 1GB Sandisk Ultra II CF card. 3. 1GB NCP CF card. 3. HOYA HMC UV Filter. Looking out for the following: 1. Flash. This is proving to be tough. Thus far I have not been successful in...

Anyone bought the S9500 @ comex?

Personally, it feels like my F80 which I believe is made up of plastics. But at least the weight of around 600g makes it feel pretty balanced. Just my 2 satang's worth...

Anyone bought the S9500 @ comex?

I was speaking to a good friend and he asked me to consider the Metz. Did a search on the Internet and found the recommendations for the S9500: Mecablitz 34 CS 2 Digital http://www.metz.de/en/photo_electronics/analog/mecablitz_34_CS-2_digital.180.html Mecablitz 36 C2...

Anyone bought the S9500 @ comex?

Unfortunately, this is the letdown of the S9500. It does not support TTL in anyway. If you look at the hotshoe for the external flash, it only has a single contact (the one that triggers the flash) without any other contacts, TTL is not possible. Just my 2 satang's worth...
