how about tokina 28-70/80 F2.8? read some review and good review on it, especially the optic and "traditionally" the build quality surpass other brand.

it's already mentioned "like a tank". You don't expect a "tank" to be lightweight right...;p actually i tried out my fren canon 80-200 IS USM.. weight about same... but tokina is heavier when you attach the fully metal lens hood.

love the kit lens performance, at least i would say it is much better than canon kit lens 18-55mm... that sux.... :D

consider Tokina 80-200 F2.8? Build quality excellent, solid, like a tank, zoom ring very smooth. Price also affortable. Image is sharper than Sigma, add saturation +1 in DSLR body set up will improve the colour. some CA in F2.8 @200mm, but not obvious. F4 onwards CA dissapear.

for travel, any good solution that we can bring along? methanol like ECLIPSE is not allowed on plane... :( not sure if there is any CCD cleaning liquid equivalent to ECLIPSE which is non-flammable and safe to travel?

i got it from a friend of mine working in a wedding studio. he bought it from China, and willing to sell some of the templates to me.

Ian, again, i think you misunderstand what i need. if i were to create myself, i won't ask for template download at the first place. "quick kickstart" is key word there. To create a 2x20 pages album, i need at least 80 professional quality templates to choose from, and i need this within a week...

both, free or paid. of course if there's a free template for download, this will be my first choice. ;) Doesn't matter whether it is unique. I remember i seen it somewhere in the web for download but i couldn't recall the webside... :dunno:
