    Mirror locking in 40D is enabled via Custom Functions when you enable mirror locking you can shoot only one exposure. Refer to Page 98 of 40D user manual

    No you cannot. The international warranty applies only to Lens. For DLSR body the warranty will be according to the country of purchase.

    RAW + Jpeg for me if the image is good then i will keep Jpeg delete the Raw file, if i need to edit then i use RAW.
