From ur pics, it seems the aperture blades are jammed, as mine did...:S Even though u set aperture to 1.8 or 2.0, the actual image captured is at very small aperture value. If you notice the viewfinder is significantly dimmer, and focusing is sometimes difficult, jammed aperture blades...

Even u can buy the rubber ring as spare part, u only solve the sealing between the lens and ur camera. The lens body is still not weather-proof. Like the bucket theory, the shortest piece of wood determined the capacity of the bucket. If one part (any part) of your camera+lens is not weather...
