Once you put the raynox, AF won't work. Set your lens to MF. To focus on a subject, you rock the camera back and forth.

That's quite a sweeping statement. Sensor size alone does not win the game for PJ/Sports/etc. Remember that there are the 1D and 1Ds series. Add the fact that Canon 7D is another formidable camera from Canon's line.
