aye cool down everyone. i guess there is a certain amount of truth in what steven has said, although personally, i believe most of us are approaching this issue from a moralistic point of view, which i am compelled to agree with. that, which is pss's stand on fair treatment to photographers...

if you went to shoot last year, you would realise their timings were always later than published ones. so perhaps it is the same this year? there has also been enough material floating around the net, and the ndp site, from which its rather obvious it won't be fired from the fullterton side...

is that from the esplande? i love the movement and hues of red. would have appreciated a more accurate white though, or perhaps a brighter blue to contrast the white. or maybe its because im still at work at 4am at an uncalibrated computer.

i think the 2nd picture is quite a usable photograph for other purposes when the words are removed. more open to personal interpretation i feel. :)

i think its very common for shops to charge different prices all the time for these chap chai peng. eat same thing from same shop, diff days diff price. guess only those more normally priced stuff like hokkien mee or bee hoon soup are a standard 3bucks.

agreed that the ending was abrupt and too easy, yet...if u read the book, that's exactly how it was - abrupt and rushed as well. i guess speilberg was just trying to keep a close adaptation to the author's work. having said that, i personally detest action movies which show this much...
