i supposed i could get it to fit the cam by a little sanding on the focusing screen..
why does thickness mater? isit because it wont fit if its too thick? or the focus will fall short if the thickness different?
@spheredome
I really need the split image. although I think the focusing...
I have a film SLR Minolta Dynax 5. It is an autofocus SLR, therefore the original focusing screen is just a plain focusing screen (not split image or multiprims). But I use manual focus lenses on it too, so the original focusing screen is a drawback for me, i thought a split image focusing...
ahh i see.. but it isnt multi-prism or split image screen isnt it? and its darker than normal viewfinder? :think:
could u tell me what is the brightest viewfinder available for canon dslrs?
for high contrast, try this setting in ps.
go to channel mixer, increase each channel's main colour to 150% and the remaining two decrease to -25%. so it becomes: red channel (R = 150% G = -25% B = -25%), Green channel (R = -25% G = 150 % B = -25%), Blue Channel (R = -25% G = -25% B = 150%)...
im not sure about this, but if aps-c and compact being put together does that mean shorter flange distance?
i heard that rangefinders benefit sharper image from shorter flange distance. so if there is an aps-c compact will the image be sharper?
