I got mine from Cathay Peninsula. I was in the area and got it at $2300. Got additional Batt, 8GB Class 6 Kingston SD, and Canon pouch.

Strange that no one is replying to this thread but there are a fair number of readers. Anyway today's paper just had a full page ad on HF11. Hopefully, the shops will be getting their stocks soon.

Found out from Canon's website that HF11 will be launched in Singapore by end of Sept at RRP of S$2,599. Hopefully the retailers can offer at a more competitive pricing.

May I ask where I can get this? My LX3 has been going without a screen protector since I got it last week. Hope to get one.

I am interested in getting the casing but noticed that the hood (if you can call it that) might have to be detached completely when in use. Has anyone used a similar type of case before? Can comment how convenient it is? I'm picturing myself having to fumble with the detached portion, trying...

If you are going to MSColor, get an equote first before you go down to bargain further. Also check if they have your desired color (Black or Silver).

According to dpreview, only the casing and the "little red dot" differentiates the D-Lux2 and LX1... Have to say that it was totally unexpected, until dpreview hinted at its possibility after their in depth review of LX1.
