    Things I saw in from my visit to ABC (Nepal)

    Are you sure it is not difficult but i think it is really worth the climb. I believe the high altitude sickness will affect climbers more than fitness. I saw old ladies doing such climb without any problem but saw a very fit man suffered from the sickness and has to forgo the climb.

    clean it when you think it is dirty or collect dust. Normally a damn cloth to wipe the body after a hot sweaty shoot. Normally a blower is sufficient and micro fibre cloth to clean the filter.
